Auto Slayer question

Hello! As title says i have one question for Auto Slayer. I am now close to 150k SC to buy the upgrade, but i only played Easy tasks (want to be on the save side with HC Char) although i can pick harder ones. Will the upgrade pick a random enemy from all difficulties or will it stay at "easy" because i have not beaten any other harder enemies? Cheers

It will choose only from the current tier you've started. In other words, if you start an Easy Slayer task, the next task will be chosen from the pool of Easy zones (and only from the ones you can access). If you manually start a Normal task, the auto-slayer will continue to choose from the Normal pool.

I'll also add that you may want to make sure you know what monsters you face in said selected tier of slayer task and equip appropriate gear, as you may face enemies opposite your combat triangle gear, so say you are using melee with melee armor, you may get magic based monsters during an auto-slayer task switch, so you'll take much more damage or die in the process if you aren't prepared for such situations

As far as specific monsters such as needing specific items to reach a specific zone via slayer, including the slayer cape which allows you to access any zone in the slayer areas without the items, otherwise, you won't be assigned any of those creatures unless you have an item to access the area equipped
