Combat potions - Am I Missing Something?
Can you only use one combat potion? If so, no offense dev, but that is incredibly poor game design.

As a ranged only account currently, I got so excited to start doing slayer and some higher level content. Got super hype to stack my ranged strength with the ranged assistance, diamond luck and damage reductions only to find out you can only use one.

Skilling potions I understand, but combat is no doubt a little more in depth. I think at the absolute minimum you should get 3, if not five or more. IMO it should actually be encouraged to be the best you can (have the most perks) in combat as it leaves room to create stronger monsters in future.

I truly hope I'm missing something and if so my apologies, if not then that is truly terrible :/

Only one potion may be used at a time.

The answer I was dreading, but also the answer I expected. Hopefully that is changed in a future game update or at least provide a reason why something so bad is an intentional game mechanic.

Yeah, maybe a store upgrade after completing a certain combat achievement, possibly also getting 99 herblore. Something like "Ability to use 2 potions in combat", maybe add like a 15% reduced effectiveness of potions onto it so as not to be too powerful. Cause you're right it does make sense to use multiple potions during combat, as that's where the bulk of the game is.

I see what you mean, but literally the point of levelling up in any game is to be more powerful. What's the point of having multiple combat potions (when there are clearly meta like diamond luck) if you can't use more than one at a time?

Like there's a lot of cool ones like slowing monster speed, poisoning, prayer preservation and boosts etc all rendered useless once you reach a certain potion.

Again, it's just bad game design. You would expect the later monsters to be designed around the herblore boosts, or at worst it leaves room in future for even stronger monsters.
