Report a translation problem
1) Update NVidia drivers to latest version. There has been recent reports about flickering which was resolved by a driver update.
2) Are you playing videos (Like Twitch?) on a second monitor? If yes, try closing it to see if the flickering goes away. If the flickering does go away, then there's more to look in to!

2) I am not watching any videos on a second monitor
That's one reason I mentioned I'm running 240hz. I'm unsure what's going on, but everything is up to date as far as drivers go. I'll see if it's still happening at 144hz for me
I use an Odyssey G7 32", AMD TR 2990WX, Titan RTX, 64gb. I've only seen it with Melvor
When I have the game open on my main monitor that runs at 1080p144hz the whole screen goes black and flickers.
Drivers are up-to-date, no video running.
