Trading skill
Hello.

This might be a silly suggestion, however this is how it would work:

-Basically player would be able to sell some basic items one by one to level up skill and maybe generate some gold later, lets say that different traders affected by mastery would slowly start giving player around 20% base gold profit but the higher the trade master, the more per sold item would player get.

-Items would be sold one at a time, think basic selling items through alt. magic.

-The higher tier merchant, the more extra percentage it could give per item with mastery.

-Lets say Bob the Basic merchant would give 120% profit at maxed out mastery while Perry the Pimp would give up to 250% based on mastery.

-Consumable items like merchant certificates to either increase gold per sold item or maybe to even enable trading alltogether and without it player wouldnt be able to trade?

-Special trade orders (think slayer missions) would ask player to obtain set of items (2-4 items per order) to pack those up in a trade crate and sell for increased profit and maybe soem extra trading currency (similar to slayer points or maybe just for trading certificates mentioned earlier)

The idea is basically to give opportunity for honest trade skill to generate gold that doesnt include slaying innocent mobs or stealing from innocent NPCs ( joke :) ).

Thing is while we can techincally craft or gather items to sell directly for profit, this would give trading some complexity.
