WRC 9 FPS drops and low utilization

Dear developers,

I have purchased this game on the Epic Game store and am commenting here, because there is no support forum there. My specifications:

- Windows 10 64 bit (latest build),
- CPU: i7 870 overclocked to a stable 3.9Ghz (scores very close to an i7 3770, but also tested stock clock speeds),
- MSI Radeon RX 480 Gaming X 8G,
- 16GB DDR3 RAM clocked @ 1866Mhz

Furthermore, the game is not scaling over the hardware properly without hitting 80% on any component. I even tested on the lowest settings and FPS still drops to 40FPS in 1/3rd of the scenes; for example, in the training area when driving over the bridge.

In addition, I have a GTX 1060 3GB that crashes in this game on early 2022 drivers.

Dude, I have a 10900K and 3090 and I get frame drops and micro-stutters. I believe it is a game issue and not a hardware issue. Possible driver problems? IDK, but MAX or LOWEST settings and I get the same frame drops, low 1% that causes micro-stutters.

Hey @Delistd , very nice system you have there!

I have all the latest drivers and latest Windows 10 installed. The GTX 1060 works now after I updated to the latest driver which were only like two months newer.

This games performance is inconsistent, it utilizes much more of the hardware on the GTX 1060, but it has too little VRAM compared to my RX 480. It seems the game might also be PCIe sensitive, so maybe try force disabling your Intel Integrated Graphics in the BIOS to ensure x16 PCIe lanes to your RTX 3090.
