Is there a chance to have local coop in the future?

I have been loving this game although I am not a fan of roguelikes. It has a lot of the charm The Last Stand has had over the years and I would love to be able to play with my significa t other and while I understand online might be out of the question, perhaps local coop isn't too crazy. At the very least, I would love Con Artist considering it for future releases (I really hope for more TLS)

The Armor Games network is focused on rereleasing older games and older Flash games whenever they aren't releasing new things. Unfortunately resources aren't vast, so extended support is just not practical especially for games that have needed it like Union City.

That's why I mentiones local multiplayer, no servers needed, pretty sure I could make a mod, if it ain't again ToS
