even though as fun the aftermath is, dead zone just had so much more content and things to do. Hopefully they will bring it back as a singleplayer game with like lobby vs. Because every time coming back to the game after a while it was a pain to try to bring back resources and morale back up.

plus 1 to this. Dead zone was sooooo ahead of its time, on so many different levels. The combat felt great, the looter aspect was fun, it was just a great game.

I mean, i would also want to see it back as a singleplayer game, but lets face it, no ammount of cash would be equal to infinite cash they could make with liveservice. So they probably don't even want to think about remaking it into singleplayer, and the best we can hope for is some kinda mobile port, but since that market is oversaturated with liveservice slop remaking the game would probably cost them more than they will gain trying to fish for some whales.

Its been over 4 years since, "The Last Stand-Dead Zone" went dark. Its been many tears and many moments of hopefulness since that horrible day. . . and nothing. The game was awesome! It was actually one of the best low-tech games EVER. I just spent $50 to buy, again, a game on Steam I used to have on PS4 5years ago. Why wont you guys bring this back? just drop the PVP action, keep it Single Player only. I REALLY enjoyed this, and theres a good story behind it. When this game out I, along with a few of my techie friends, were in Federal Prison doing long sentences under laws relating to ----------(not going down the rabbit hole. sorry). Anyway, as we were all clerks of one sort or another, we had access(illegally) to the internet and could gain access to the game. It provided hours of good, clean, wholesome, entertainment. It helped fill 4 VERY boring years. After I released, it switched to Armor a month after my release. I signed up with Armor, and the game was permanently shut down. I had a LONG way to go still! Im just saying, a lot of people had fun with this game, and the Alliance Play was NOT necessary. Why not bring it back? Its the most talked about Unavailable game I have ever heard of. You are selling new games on the remembered joy of past TLSDZ memories. Hell, I bought BOTH bundles just hoping a tiny bit of the other game were in there. Kind of, in DZAftermath. . . an echo of TLSDZ. PLEASE modify the old game, and bring it back. You brought back all the rest. . .

true, it was an unique experience even without multiplayer or the later updates.
I wonder what they are working on since it's been a while. They might be working on mobile games though:)

Yeah I miss the hell out of that game. Was so fun. Had a legendary fire axe that had like 106% damage that was absolutely bonkers. Every time I would post it in chat like a dozen people wanted to trade for it. And there was a legendary pistol don't remember if it was good or not but was fun as hell to use. Had insanely high capacity and shot hella fast.

YES! I absolutely loved this game to the end of the earth. I used to save screenshots of me getting better gear or changing my base. I just miss it so much. I would literally pay any price for a remake of this game. Single player would be fine too, no PvP needed. I just crave so much to play that game and Aftermath is great, but it will never replace the hole in my heart.

You all should be aware of a project in the works: There's a team based in the EU working on reviving the game in offline singleplayer.
