Huge FPS drops and low FPS in general
I have a decent system and I get horrible performance, my system specs are;
i7 11th gen 11800H
RTX3060 6GB
16 GB RAM
I run it on maximum performance, with MSI Center gaming mode on (also it runs on my Nvida GPU) what should I do ?

you are not the only one.. i have can run the game grand until i hit the big neighborhoods, then i go from 60 to like 10 fps..i realised it has a lot to do with shadows over everything in the game, game has been out for awhile and its poorly optimized in my opinion, i never had issues with shadows in a game before.

I guess I will refund it, and give it a second chance after a while. Thanks for your comment.

Hmm, I'm only on an RX 570 8GB, and I don't really notice any major slowdown moments so far. I've got Shadows on Low, and Volumetric Lighting off.

Maybe it's because I've generally always been running a card that's "old" compared to whatever the current gen is, but I've always turned shadows down in most games I've played that had fps issues. It's always been a safe/low-impact source of frames. /shrug

Mt rig is geforce gtx 1050 ti 4gb, i5-10400F 8gb ddr4. I have only run into fps issues on 1 of the maps in the first zone, other then that 1 I have had no fps issues.

2070 Super. Everything on max. Well over 100 frames. This is NOT a demanding game graphically.

I have a 3070ti, ryzen 7600x, playing at 1440p 165hz, and SOMEHOW this game is using 100% gpu and getting 30 fps?

Have you already tried "-dx11" as a boot option?
This may improve performance.
