Co-OP Multiplayer?

Lists single player. So what's the chance of getting multiplayer? Co-op immunity or able to damage other players don't care. Surely getting 2 or 4 players in the game is doable.
Single player will sit on my Steam wishlist until either I'm tired of playing all the games I can play with my friends or it hits a huge discount at which point it will sit in my library with a heap of other single player games I got there and roll out every now and again.
Gaming alone is okay. Gaming with friends it's a social activity and always more fun.
2 or 4 player co-op would see me buying it at release along with the wife and a few other friends.
So...is it possible or too late for that kind of update?

The Last Stand: Aftermath is a single player game. Presently, there are no plans to add a multiplayer component.
