Corruption over time (every step i take corruption)

i'm faitly deep in the dungeon and i got this corruption over time effect , basically every step i do i take 1 corruprion point) but i have o idea about what causes it and how to get rid of it. It's 3 dungeons i'm suffering from it and i'm clueless.

Did you pick up the scythe of malice? Carrying that around will cause corruption over time.

Same problem here, but I dropped the scythe and the constant corruption is continuing. Bug?

No, apparently something coated my gear in corruption goo. And cursed my shield to corrupt me as well. Not sure what or how. Dropping both items fixed the problem.

thank you for the update. Additionally, with the latest patch we also tweaked jumping over goo, to not get corrupted anymore and as intended.

And by "tweaked" you mean that "jump" now works as it should be. For what reason else should i skill it if not for jumping over traps/runes/goo...

Just read this and realized a problem I encountered in the game may have been a bug. I just started playing a couple of days ago. I was trying to explore a level, but I couldn't get into/past a room due to a teleport trap. I tried jumping over it, but it still sprung the trap. I assume that that's a bug. Yes?
