Don't hold down the right mouse button, press it once then press it again to drop the vehicle close on top of the buildings. If you hold it down- the beam will turn red which means you will throw it or slam it down.
if you press too long to grab next press it will throw it with force.
I was testing around with this, no matter the quality settings I had, even without a beefy PC, just changing FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0 to Quality, Performance or Ultra Performance resolves the shaking for the Abducto Beam entirely, well, quality for me and for obviously the above which stated it, it does come with a temporary shake sometimes but after a while it calms down, but performance and ultra performance definitely negates the abnormal shake, at least for me
Good Luck & Have Fun
Thank you! This did the trick!
