why there is nobody in the game
I've been wait for about half an hour but there's still no players.

Depends on your region and what time you play since there isn't too many players playing.

I'm in the USA and whenever I try world play I usually get some players to start a match. If you cannot find any you might want to try Friend Play or change your region (I was told you can change it on the download or install options)

According to Steam stats, there's not even 100 players at any given time, so you're kinda hard pressed to find matches unfortunately. Time zones make the wait worse.

in the good times for me there are like 8 people at a time playing the game, though in the bad times it's like 2-3 persons. Really hope the game gets more hype again

It will make it a lot better over time as more content is added for free, fans from future DLCs taking a look at the game, AND servers.
