Early access - abandoned or fully playable?

I bought the game in a sale, and am pleased to see the English subtitles etc. However, the game is listed as Early Access, and doesn't seem to have been updated for quite a while. Is it complete? I don't usually start games until I know they're in a state where they are fairly stable, and completable - is Power of Seasons in that state, or should I wait?

The game is fully playable with solid skill-tree and storyline , but because the game is still "Early Access" ... the gameplay will end very fast shall you rush through all the main and side quests.
