Boat upgrades
I am not sure that there is a purpose in having like 5 props and 5 engines when you can just buy the best one, which I assume everyone does.

Locking them behind certificate progress would be annoying because the boats are so slow even when maxed out.

Not sure what should be done with them but right now they are sort of a waste and probably need some sort of gating system.

The other option would be if they reworked it and instead of having entire engines and such you would buy parts to upgrade your stuff and you basically buy and apply every upgrade.

The latter would be preferable. Gating things in games usually ends up just being tedious. However, how would that work for props exactly?
