All Saves GONE

I opened the game this morning and none of my previous saves are in the system. I worked many long hours ahead of the upcoming tier 3 boats and everything is deleted.

We've all done going through the crying game already about the fact that this is a beta and a rollback was needed. The short of it is that all saves were reset to help the game advance.
So yes a lot of people lost their fortunes hoping they would be useful to purchase the Teir 3 ships. A number of things have been changed so it is worth doing a bit of research first before starting a new game. Next version may have a way to try out the new tier 3 ships without having to grind to them.

Do You have the latest non beta version innstalled?
Have You done a game filecheck in Your Steam library? Settings Validate files.

Thx. And IMO, if nothing of this help, maybe try a new fresh installation of the game.
And a happy New Year to everyone.

Edit: And send a report to the Devs in the ingame meny, and add the logfile.

Edit 2: Forgot. Can also try to delete the config files.

The game is still in an verry early development stage, but currently saving does work if you dont have any fishing gear in the water and are standing on the dock. Also missions are not saved.
For me autosaving while on the way did work often, as long as no fishing gear is out and it does not save missions, but it did keep fish on board that i had been fishing.

As of now xp and money is gained easy and extremly fast, so i suspect future wipes incoming... so dont do the same mistake again and dont build up tons of money saving em for tier 3, because the way they work they will probably have more wipes incoming.

What i mean is: easiest save/load operation is to enable evrything that needs saving to have a function to write and read a byte stream of its own data, this is what they seem to be doing which brought the last wipe and i doubt its changed ... so with introduction of the save mission functionality and/or the tier 3 ships and new crew skills we will face the next wipes.
