Longline fishing Advice
Looking for advice on longline fishing. When yall drop the line, how long do yall typically wait before pulling the lines back onboard?

Yeah the way they have the sea state and buoyancy mechanics, it’s rather difficult…. Makes me rather happy it’s not like that when I actually go to sea haha

Hello !
I'd like to say that, paradoxically, this game doesn't encourage you to go fishing with a long line or even a net, but rather to carry out missions or raise fish!
Going to a fishing spot and finding the time to do so already takes a lot of time! I set 2 lines with 2,500 hooks: I dragged the 2nd line for miles without it unhooking. Then 5 lines of 500 hooks: I caught around 2 to 3 tonnes of fish with the 1st line and when I reeled in the 5th, the 2 or 3 tonnes had turned into 700 kilos! Not much better with nets: small quantities and fish that get stuck when the nets are hauled in! I don't understand the concept of hauling up the lines with great difficulty when you could perhaps catch the buoys with a pole? I don't want to go fishing again in these conditions! :)
is there any updates on this?
