Yeah right...
I love how bad the waves can get now, they may need to tune it a little so that it is calm more often, not less severe, just calm more often, unless in real life the sea is always like this. I am all for realism.
The waves are awesome but they do make everything more difficult. I could write a wall of text about my observations and ideas for improving it but mainly my hope is that the epic waves will remain because it makes the Ocean seem amazing and intimidating.
There probably needs to be more periods of time where the waves are calm (right now its never calm) and they may need to zone off more areas from the larger waves where those small islands end up getting hidden under them when they swell and the marker Buoys end up floating in the air with their chains exposed when the large waves recede and it just looks off.
I agree, spent several hours delivering cargo today and the more I experience the new waves the more I love them. Nothing wrong with using a little skill in managing them to not flip over. Haven't tried to long line fish let alone in the smaller fishing boat yet, that may be an ordeal.
LOL this isn't true. You're not out in 30ft swells 24/7. This is coming from someone that has actually been on the ocean regularly
