How to use crane?

Hello, i have some food for the fishfarms on my boat, used the crane for it, but now i cant get the hook of the bag? Someone that can help me with telling wich key it is to unhook stuff?

yeah theres no button for it in the keybindings and im having the issue where it says missing hook when i go to pull my line in

when using the crane, lower it down to full extension, that should unhook it

U HAVE TO SET THE LOAD IN THE RIGHT SPOT. IT IS NOT MARKED AS OF YET SO U WILL BE PICKING UP THE LOAD AND SWINGING A LITTLE THEN SETTING DOWN THE LOAD AAGAIN. U MAY HAVE TO ADD OR RETRACT SOME OF THE BOOM TOO.

OH, USUALLY THE SPOT IS SOMEWHAT CLOSE TO WHERE U ARE OPERATING THE CRANE FROM. IT MIGHT TAKE U A FEW MINUTES TO FIND THE RIGHT SPOT THOUGH. ONCE U DO IT WILL RELEASE THE HOOK. NOT A GOOD FEATURE AT ALL. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO SET DOWN THE LOADS WHERE EVER WE WANT OR NEED TO SET THEM. TRYING TO FIND THE UNMARKED SPOT TO UNLOAD SOME CARGO TO GET PAID IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO THINGS.

I could not get the hook off the the bags on that boat your using called Roster. I had to change boats to DR Phil I think its called then just lowered the bags and they unhooked by themselves the boat your using they would not unhook no matter where I put them.It was just the small bags that you can carry I could put on the boat your using (Roster).

I have just spent 15 minutes trying to load the fish food onto the roster. Am not happy if I have just used all my money to get a fish farm running and not able to transport the food to them :(

I know I'm late. The Roster will only take xs or small cargo. Make sure you don't have the external fuel tank or smolt tank equipped.

You can in fact have the medium smolt tank rigged and still load 12 1000kg bags on Dr.Phil. Pull your boat in and keep your load line in line wiith the crane TURN your bags to run the handles with the boat and you can load 4 bags across with 3 rows

How did you do it? Game just says "Cannot place cargo of this size here" when I try on Roster

Then the cargo is to big for the ship. You have small, medium and large cargo.
