Refuel
Can't get off of Flippy at main refueling station to fill up

I had trouble getting off board in multiple locations, seems to be best to stand in the middle of the boat and look down, like "into the water" on the dock side... well but that is into the dock wall, but out of the boat. looking up onto the dock (where you actually want to go) does not work.
