vsync needs to be enabled by default

all camera movements were very stuttery until i enabled vsync, it really should have been set as default by the devs

since there are no in game options, you need to edit the config file

paste

 %LOCALAPPDATA%\ThirdEyeOpen\Saved\Config\

into an explorer window, then open GameUserSettings.ini in any text editor

then change the bUseVSync line from False to True

(you could also change the 3 fullscreenmodes to 0 for exclusive fullscreen, in my case the only purpose of that is to use radeon relive with desktop recording disabled so the screenshot notification wont show up in the video recording)
