Leopard Seal Feast bug?

On week 12, I was asked if we should feast on the leopard seal or not. I replied that we would feast, but nothing happened with the seal. I then watched an older playthrough and it had the player immediately put the seal into the hoosh pot. I then quit and restarted, but still nothing it happening with the seal. Seems like a bug.

ive noticed this as well. if you tell junior you wont poison the crew with spoiled rations, youre still able to put in spoiled rations and cause malnutrition. because of the fact that similar things happen across several decisions, i figured it was just a game mechanic but maybe not
