I'm on week 10 and...
Is it possible to avoid someone die? Cuz I think I'm sort of stucc :(
Or should I just accept it

Yes. See post titled "Give a newbie 1st officer advice?". I got to the end with everyone alive, and everyone loyal. Doable, but you should anticipate running most days with partial rations and fuel. I only did full feeding or full fuel to boost decorum. You will need to rotate people into the med bay each day between hunts to keep people going. If I recall the rooms on ship correctly, recommend the following supplies:

A: both guns (more food per hunt on medium and large game).
B: timber (for fuel)
C: digging gear and ale (ale for fuel)
D: digging gear and med gear.
E: Luxury goods

I suggest prioritizing coal on ship once you are up to maybe 4 or 6 cans of food. On my good endings run, I had maybe 8 coal, no timber, and 3 ale.

If you take Zach's gun, you can get an extra food on small game, but the small game feeds so few, I often skipped them and prioritized bigger game. If you let Zack keep his gun you can get an achievement at the end.

The 2 digging gear makes your dogs more efficient, and possible to scout 3 times and do 1-2 hunts depending on the game.

The big seals that are dangerous can be used to cure freezing.

Runt can be converted to an engineer or medical assistant. I picked engineer to help with freezing.

Better to convert him into medic. In that case your 3 scientist will be even more powerful tool - convert their worktime into instant healing of rest

I assume the oven upgrades are kind of useless, right? I picked both and pretty much regret it

Yes, devs are fine trolls with absolutely useless upgrades & draining your resources at Week2 when everything was fine.

On the unrelated note, how many wounded can you heal? I'm on week 10 and I have 3 places for healing; 2, I assume, native for a doctor and 1 from medical tools. I've read in one of the threads there can be 4 beds for wounded at that point. Is there a way to have more healing beds at that time? In future? What's the max number? :)

+1 bed if you allow boy from prologue to stay on board and then train him to became a doctor assistant.

Should be 4. You get 2 while on the ice. 1 for tools, and 1 for training runt.
