Max randomly changing her shirt mid episode

This has happened a few times where Max changes her shirt mid convo and its strange. I noticed a few other glitches, not game breaking but disappointing since this has been out for awhile

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing bugs with Max's outfits. For me, in Ep 2 when Max changes after her shower she changed into her pink shirt from Ep 1, but then after leaving the dorm she's in the correct white doe shirt.

Then I just started Ep 3 and she started in her white shirt, but then when I got to the front of the school to meet Chloe she was back in her pink shirt. It's such a weird glitch that didn't happen in the original game.
