2021 Mod?

Hello everyone!

I got Heat 5 on steam yesterday on sale (after playing it on the PS4) and I was looking forward to play the 2021 mod.
However, from the research I've done I only found the 2023 mod available to download, but also heard some people say that the 2022 Next Gen DLC broke the 2021 mod?
Can anyone enlighten me on this and, if possible, share the mod files of the 2021 mod to try out anyway?

it did in fact break it, but i believe restoring it to a previous very will fix it.

The link doesn't seem to be working for me, it shows the "404 Page Not Found" error
