BREAKING: 2022 DLC Releasing June 22, 2023
2022 liveries will be coming to Heat 5 soon! Stay tuned for more details. At the moment we are being led to believe the price will be $12.34 USD. Possibly coming in October! News is at Motorsports Games Twitter page.

It doesn't seem Xfinity or the Trucks series will get upgraded. We also don't know if we will be getting the generation 7 car with the liveries or just liveries on the gen 6 car. Lastly it isn't certain if we will be getting the repaved Atlanta, and other new tracks in the game. They haven't really announced this that well. I will update if we learn more, officially.

UPDATE Oct 14, 2022

The Oct 21 DLC has been delayed to an unknown date. The price of the DLC has been dropped to $9.99. The reasoning is they plan to update the car audio. Info according to the official Twitter page of the NASCAR Heat 5 development team.

Would love to see it., But like the Logitech Direct drive rumours that have been going on for years, I will be surprised if it actually happens,

Would love to have a DLC that has the classic 60's era cars and tracks. Imagine racing the 1966 Daytona 500 in a Plymouth!

I've long wanted a historic racer like that! Racing with cars from the 60s, 70s, 80s would be pretty cool.

Iam confused Are we talking about Nascar Heat 5 or Nascar 21. Please tell its not Nascar 21 with new cars and tracks!

Nascar Ignition and Heat 5 will be getting the Next Gen cars and new Atlanta track, it's just that Ignition gets the DLC for free on Oct. 6th, and Heat 5 no one knows when. This is per RealRadman on YT.

Some improvements on HUD such as tire and fuel, but still no rearview mirror for Ignition, and no word on custom setups for ignition. Also no settings for race length and tire/fuel wear.

Both games will be getting updates for the 2022 season. Pertaining to NASCAR Heat 5, and NOT ACCORDING to RealRadman on Youtube since he isn't a primary source, but according to Motorsports Games themselves on their Twitter page, Heat 5 will be getting the 2022 season update sometime this fall (most likely October). It will be new liveries. It will cost $12.34. What we don't know is if it will include the new tracks and gen 7 cars. We also don't know if this pertains to the Xfinity and Trucks. We are still waiting.

NASCAR Ignition 21 will be getting the 2022 liveries and new tracks for the 2022 season at no cost. The price for the game will drop from $44 to $19 as well in October.

Our team will be releasing our 2022 mod with xfinity, trucks and dirt when motorsport drops the 2022 dlc. So no-one worry about those, we got them covered.
Storm Oct 3, 2022 @ 11:59am
This is the only mod I know of for NASCAR Heat 5. https://www.ozzyconpaints.com/

Are there others?
Storm Oct 3, 2022 @ 2:47pm
Nevermind HighC - I just checked out the read me for the mod and I see you listed there. Top notch work. Glad to hear you guys will tackle the 2022 series once the new DLC is released.

You guys make me wish I were still painting rides.

the game needs a physics/ffb upgrade before any liveries in my opinion

Still no official word on Heat 5 livery DLC. Ignition 21 DLC coming out 6am Pacific Time for PC users.
