i keep crashing on startup... anyone have the fix?

In rare cases, some users have experienced a Crash To Desktop error during game startup after properly installing the Mod files. The common fix that has been reported has been the following >>>

Remove the NH5 game save user files and the CTD is typically fixed. The saved user game data is located here >>> c:/users/xxx/nascar heat 5/save data. Remove & backup the 8 files inside this location so the folder is empty and try to start the game. The game will re-create the files but you will need to re-select your game settings once the game starts. If this does not work, you can move your backup files back into the folder and get your original settings back.

everytime i try to download the packs it gives me the folders as a file, not a folder

The folders are in a compressed format to make the download smaller. Use a free app like 7zip to unzip each file and access the folder inside.

Thank you for these updates, they look awesome. After 32 minutes of trying to play Nascar 21 Ignition, and never made it to the track, this game looks and plays like the greatest Nascar game ever made, LOL!

Looks even better in windows 11.
