Custom Car Setup VS pit lane changes
If everything is on the defaults for the Expert I can race and setup a custom car build when I go to the test track. I don't have those options after I deleted the save files and changed a few settings under Expert. Only thing I can do then is pit lane changes. What is the setting that controls when I lose the ability to do more than pit lane changes?

I found that it changes based on Driving Aids configuration. I can set Preset option to "Normal" with everything between 50-60% help and I don't have the Custom Car setup option. I set it to Custom and match the "Normal" configuration and I can use Custom Car setup again.
