Possible bug: Crazy GPU usage on the Main Menu screen

RTX 3080Ti with the latest driver.

GPU 3D usage hits 100% on the Main Menu and temperature hits as high as 80C.

The usage drops significantly once I start a run.

I don't remember seeing this issue before. I have been a player since EA.

Isn't this the same known issue seen when you have vsync turned off? Try turning on vsync or setting a framerate limiter via nvidia settings. I had the same issue ever since the update that came along the Weapon of Choice DLC and turning vsync on solved the problem for me.
