How to unlock Trickster Deck

Does anyone know how to unlock the trickster deck? I've heard you unlock it after beating the 4th boss, after throwing enemies into each other, after throwing enemies out of map a certain number of times, after earning a certain number of points.

I can't find a straight answer anywhere. How the heck do i unlock the trickster??
