Unfinate Loading

Patch 0.23.6275 made on 10/21/2021 is causing me to have an infinite loading screen on game start up.

I also have an infinite load on startup. It doesn't crash, just the forever load.

sounds like its just a game thing and not a one off thing then, should be fixed hopefully next patch, love this game.

Found a solution on the discord - find your "Saves" folder (mine was in C:\Users\(Your User Name)\AppData\LocalLow\Mode7\Fights in Tight Spaces) and delete it. It will allow you to bypass the infinite loading screen. Do note - You *will* have to start over, but it's better than not being able to play entirely. If it bothers you, be sure to save a copy of the folder (or just move it to a safe space) and then delete it. The game will create a new "Saves" folder. Give it a moment to get passed the loading screen where you initially got stuck - it's likely generating said folder.

for me this isn't working, tried reinstalling it and removing the folder, even tried putting it on another drive all together however nothing worked for me, im still on the infinite loading screen... Let me know if you guys find another way.

Apologies. We've just pushed an updated build 0.23.6277 that may fix this issue for some players, but we'll keep working on it tomorrow. If you're still having an issue Wisp's workaround is worth trying.

@Advent if you want to upload a copy of your save game folder somewhere and private message me a link, we'll investigate.

Just to be clear - you deleted the "Saves" folder specifically or just the install folder? Because reinstalling doesn't delete the save folder. You probably did both, I just wanted to be sure.

my save folder is completely gone, I removed everything and reinstalled through the files themselves, however ill keep a look out for bugs for you and report them as noticed, love the game mate!

It'd be nice if this problem had properly been fixed so the money I spent on both the game and the dlc wouldn't have been a waste.

Yup. This is a still a problem. Kinda don't wanna delete my saves. Is this game still getting patches?

P.S. I'd much much rather buy a big DLC for FITS than have Knights in Tight Spaces
I think this game got much better vibe and gameplay, tho KITS is neat too
