Hi mbb,
Hubris is definitely an experience for everyone, although some spots might shake you a bit on your VR legs. Make sure to take enough brakes if you feel it becomes harder on you.
Kind regards,
Koen
I appreciate the reply, but your the developer, so your always going to recommend lol..I appreciate you interacting though, bc it shows you are supporting your game. I was kind of hoping for a reply for the public.
As for the Kat Walk, the game has some issues with movement with the treadmill, especially walking speed.
The walk speed is SLOW and has very sluggish acceleration which feels unnatural on the Kat Walk. There is a little workaround by modifying the controls via Steam VR to auto-click the thumbstick if moved passed 24% and set the Kat Walk movement to thumbstick only and set it to 0.90 Walking Speed. That seems to be the best option, in my case.
Although, it sometimes does not register run occasionally so I have to use left trigger for sprint in those cases.
Hope that answers your questions
