Chapter 7, no cinematic is triggered when I enter the king chamber cavern (before using the shell I guess). Restating the game, or chapter doesn't help :'(

Edit : it worked after reloading the chapter 7 twice... Now I'm stuck in Chapter 9 with the mirror bug :'(

I have the same bug. Reloading chapter, restarting game and pc didnt help.

At Chapter 9 after I get out of the mirror and I have to go back to the cook, when I open the door to go out (where it leads me), I get double loading into a permanent black screen. It's impossible to continue, restarted the entire level three times.

Presently, I think the only way to circumvent this bug is to go back to chapter 7 - Queen's waterfalls section - and start playing all the way from there; when you go to the riddlemaster chambers, just ignore the painting; or if you actually want to interact with it, make sure YOU DON'T LEAVE IT UPSIDE DOWN (aka, DON'T LEAVE IT SHOWING THE FACES). I didn't even know this bug actually existed, until I screwed up in my 3rd playthrough lol. But I can confirm it works, I just passed the chapter 9 sequence this time following this method, without bugs.

Funny is - when I want to leave the room totalk to the cook, there is only blackscreen and no loading. Reseting is for nothing :DDD

Having the same issue restarted level and game many times.

Frame issues, Riddle Masters tree painting won’t let me leave to go into mirror once flipping it over and chapter 10 adding the gems to the door I can not remove the gem and can not change the left or right or even leave menu. It stays frozen and keeps going back to the same menu.

Chapter 10 cant get passed the gate. Second gem doesnt not spawn so cant move forward in game.................... Fix this please. 40+ hrs of struggling with your game literally. Im such a hardcore fan of lotr so I was getting my monies worth outa this game...... I have tried uninstalling, restarting the level many times and nothing is working. Fix this gollum team...

i am still having a bit of trouble getting out of chapter 2 with the buttons getting blocked from performing any actions in game. so patiently awaits an update.

I have the same bug cant move after turning the painting
