Let us disable Motion Blur and add frame rate selection pls, good game but be better without motion blur and able to run at 120fps

running on medium
"fullscreen"
3840x2160
for me runs good and looks very good details on those settings. *on a 1080 LG ultra gear monitor
1080 gets very blurry and sluggish.

i am running everything on medium too but doesn't solve the motion blur or fps problem, be nice if it ran at 120 fps

The game doesn't have a "disable motion blur" option? that's like, basic in most games. Definitely needs to be added, and Frame rate options.

I still don't get who and why would want to use motion blur... It's in the name... FREAKING BLUR, who would want a blurry gaming experience?
