The emotes should be included in the game, just like every other game that has emotes. The only game that "charges" you for them is Fortnite. Is this a Free-To-Play game? no? okay then.

I feel like it's nacon fault. Everything they touch seems to be a fail recently. I had bad feelings from the beginning... emote dlc, lore (!!!) dlc, a voice pack that should be in game. These dlc are a joke, all should be in main game. If you really wanna make money on every little thing then at least do it optional like skins etc. but then you turn it into a silly game. If it really that hard to go with witcher 3 patch? Making real expansions for higher price than sell crap for 3€?
You could make expansion about orc story or whatever you really want, this world is huge and possibilities are endless. But that would require an effort, not like selling lore that every game ever had for free as part of the game...
But again i think it's nacon fault, like in blood bowl 3 where you would pay for cosmetic that would disapear after a while lol.

Just as a reminder, that this is a Singleplayer Game... So who do you want to show off those DLC Emotes?
It would be different story if the Game had Multiplayer, and you could use it then as a Penis extension... But charging for DLC Emotes in a Singleplayer Game is just a cash grab...
