Some really brain dead people here lmao. This game looks horrible. His review is 100% based, its not my opinion, its a fact. You can't argue with a fact. People add his review here because it makes sense. What part of him is a shill?
That's why I now watch reviews AFTER I play the game. If you let some youtuber play games for you, how can you have your own opinion about a game that you haven't even played?
Gmanlives "told him"? When? This is news to me. I'v never considered Skill Up as a shill at all. I don't agree with him some times, but a shill? Explain plz.
thats the dumbest take ive read in a long time.
NO, a single reviewer missing the mark (in your opinion) on one review is NOT the reason to buy pruducts only to read/watch reviews later.
what you DO is that you take in SEVERAL reviews of a product from different sources to paint the picture for you. ALWAYS has been. never rely on a single source.
edit: if you value your money and time that is. if you dont, do what you want.
I only watch trailers and maybe some streams of games. If I'm interested, I buy them on Steam and play myself. If I don't like it after 2 hours, I refund it.
Too many times reviewers ♥♥♥♥ on games that I end up enjoying. I liked Cyberpunk 2077 for its immersive and detailed world, and I disliked Elden Ring for its repetitive gameplay and general lack of meaningful content besides "kill everything that moves". Yet one was hated by reviewers and the other has been praised to high heaven.
Don't trust reviews, play the game yourself.
Skill Up's Serious Sam 4 review was particularly stupid. He complained about 'dated gameplay' and compared it to freaking Tomb Raider! The 1990's one! And yet fans mostly complained that game was too different from other SS games. So which is it then?
He also liked The Last of Us 2, probably because Sony paid for the review. Avoid him!
or dont live in an echo chamber of your own opinions
