A sandbox dating sim with voiced characters, nice art, and a lot of harem and femsub/slave content. The game also offers a DLC where you can play as a female protagonist (the Bree character), but it has significantly less content as of writing. An additional DLC adding more female love interests to the main game is pending.

You play as Mike (can be renamed) who starts the game getting two female housemates (Bree and Sasha), more housemates can be added later. It's pretty grindy, but there's a cheat mode to let you level up character and relationship stats, though you still have to hit the right flags (there's a sometimes vague character flag guide included in the game) and getting the right time, location, and characters to sync up can be annoying.

Kinks: All the female characters can be made into submissive slaves, a few offer femdom options. Content includes Vanilla, Rough, BDSM, Petplay, Daddy play, femdom, maledom, M/F, F/F, M/F/F+, a non-blood related sibling, a genderbending optional AFAB love interest, a yandere, NTR (avoidable), Netori, cheating (a love interest has a cheating boyfriend), pregnancy, and harem/poly. There's multiple endings depending on things like pregnancy and current relationship(s). I think the most recent patch notes for the Bree DLC mentioned adding M/M content to her stuff.

Not to kink shame, but I do like that the kinks and romancing routes are all optional (some kinks like Bull/Netori are required for some routes). All-in-all it's a solid sandbox dating sim with a large variety of characters. My only complaints are the grind/route timing and (unrelated to the base game) the Bree DLC seems pretty generic. Given the amount of harem and kink content in Mike-mode, there's not any (or apparent plans for) cuckqueaning (boyfriend is cheating and/or him having a harem) which is pretty much non-existent in hetero otome games.
