minami stuck at 90 siscon

like the title says minami is stuck at 90 siscon and it wont let me increase it although ive done everything i could possibly do it wont let me continue with her

check the in game hints, there are several events,
if it is unlocked just kiss her everyday for +1 increase per day
if it is locked check the game hints for minami siscon. there is an event.
worst case scenario you had the event and you refused, which locks her route so reload to a previous save

Take a look if you have not. Start with her moving in and track her Siscom points to see if you did each required event.

Minami >=95, Siscon Points >= 90, 20:00 - 00:00, Living room or Minami's room.
There are also built in delays between events.
