Reona Pregnancy?
So, is there a way keep Reona pregnant?
if you tell her to keep baby she just leave the game.
is this work in progress or is Reona gonna be the only girl who can not stay pregnant?

Take a look at giving birth section. also Reona may still be a work in progress but I do have her collared.

Also in Options at the bottom there are two options that should effect all girls.... Pregnancy duration and Pop-up I use "Immersive and Show"
