Remember, after Bree/Sasha you can only ask 1 girl at a time to join, finish one then start next

No need, if you have three and Minami is offically in the Harem you can continue on and get Sam or Lexi.

Home and Office are the two biggest Harems, the goal is to get them all in.

I think the problem is that I didn't have enough submission from Samantha and she didn't allow me to have an open relationship with her, she only allowed me an exclusive relationship.

The cliff notes: Have her sub max at every opportunity. After the scene at the park, get her affection to 40 and go to the club to catch Ryan cheating do not tell Sam, must be done before the wedding. At the wedding go to the bathroom tell Bree you are fine and catch Ryan cheating again for an extra threesome with that girl later. When she comes over and cheats with you for the first time tell her about the cheating and tell her she isn't any different. Avoid the route C stuff if it comes up. 4 weekends visits and a fight later you'll be on track to add her to the home harem. I would recommend doing the Emma story during the week days if you intend to make the friendly harem.

the harem with emma and samantha I already have it, I lack is that samantha joins the family harem but I have no option for her to move in with me, the story with samantha chose to go the way of revenge which is route D but in one part samantha asks me for an exclusive relationship and if I refused he would go forever, I think the submission had to be 75 at the time and I didn't have it so I don't know if that decision to have an exclusive relationship could have affected to make it join the family harem

You are locked out of her joining the home harem. From the wiki "Prerequisites: Samantha accepted a non-exclusive relationship" which does require the 75+ sub when it is brought up. I did not know you could get the friendly harem after failing to get a non-exclusive relationship.

Outcome: Depending on your choice from the table, Samantha max set to 100

(I admit) This is the right choice but you HAVE to have the >=75. All this was done Prior to Emma Friendly Harem, that just came out this year.

The way I did it was to build the Home harem with her as well as getting Emma to the point of 100/50/100 and collared. Then I formed the Friendly Harem with them both at 100/50/100
