Trouble with band Harem

Hi,
I wonder if anyone could please help me with some trouble I'm having getting the band harem to trigger?...Sasha, Anna and Kleio are all at max submission and max LP, all three are collared and I can get Klieo to 45% female attraction, but both Sasha and Anna are locked at 50%. I have also won Battle of the Bands. Sasha and Bree are already part of the home Harem...(Bree is collared and I've completed her maid path) is that what's stopping me from getting the event to trigger? I read that all three girls have to be at 45% attraction, and you have to have slept with klieo and anna within a week of each other to trigger their showdown which starts the harem, but every time I try to trigger the show down, Klieo leaves the game...Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank ou for the help
