Morgan 2nd Cinema date
I've read that there was a bug with Morgan that was supposed to be fixed in a previous update. I have taken her on multiple 'second' dates to the cinema and gotten no progression. Has this issue been fixed?

Same thing happened to me days ago, but it finally worked. Why, I dunno but from what I can remember when I succeeded it was on the screen in front of the cinema with 90% on the date gauge.

Yeah, finally got it by taking her on a weekend morning date first, then going to the cinema when she wanted to keep the date going.
