Hidden Camera is very occasional item, from what I know for current use of the camera are the following

- You must progress to certain main story with Cassidy, as before she invite you to the office at the night. There will be option for you to go into your office and install this camera in order to blackmail Cassidy (more detail is to following Cassidy Guideline)
- You have to get into situation where Kylie is present in the game, there is the option for you to place camera in the frontyard of the house. At around before 6:00 am as she appeared on the icon of house map, you can go outside and check the camera ( Its kinda waste as the camera will not show much at first) Unless its certain questline that involved Kylie get arrested, which it will be evidence (?) to present to Police.


I could have been wrong on some occasion, but by far this is the use of Camera that I knew.
