You can buy Slutty Dress from clothing store and gift to girls but none seem to be wearing it, as opposed to the sexy dress, which they wear. No mention in the wiki. Does anyone know who wears it?

Once you get them to 50% or above kink you can change their clothes. Not sure if this solves your question.

That is precisely my point, I can give the slutty dress but see no one wearing it, they only wear the sexy dress...

I suspect this is something that will be implemented more later much like the currently limited usefulness of cosplay outfits will be.

so the slutty dress is a club thing if you go to the club and have enough kink points (idk how many) you can tell them to change. same as with swimsuits
