You need to be a little more specific... get Emma to a certain relationship, and kiss her.

I don't know bro , it's kinda she won't let me kiss because I'm Sam's friend/boyfriend something like that. I followed all the instructions from the wiki but it didn't work as expected

Ah, I see the issue.
If you want Emma, you should start a brand new game or new game plus...
Date nobody, become nobody's boyfriend.
Get nobody pregnant.
don't have any sex slaves.
Focus on doing what is required to get Emma to spawn.
Follow Emma's story till she does that little test thing of hers, with the three things she does, then when she accepts you as her boyfriend, and you can start inviting her home after a date, then you can go ahead and start dating everybody else.
If you mess up, she won't date you anymore, so you can't kiss her. She's... kinda jealous.
However, none of that matters after she's already said ok, we can date now. She stops caring if you're involved with anyone else at that point.

Addition.... that includes Samantha... don't progress her storyline any further than necessary to make Emma spawn. So that Samantha remains just a friend. Emma doesn't care if Samantha is just your friend... she cares if you're dating her, because Samantha is her best friend.

If you want to be with Sam and Emma, go down the revenge path. If you don't care about Sam just stick with the marriage path. If you breakup the wedding Sam will introduce you as her boyfriend and that ends your chances with Emma. Emma will not kiss you until you go on a date and reach a score of 75% and then kiss her during that date. You can also have other relationships while pursuing Emma. Chose: out of Benji, I like the kiss, and make sure Emma's lesbian is at lest 45 and Bree is pregnant during Eavesdrop on Emma and Bree.
