No more progress with Samantha's Marriage (It says i need to wait to get call but nothing is happening)

I know is a random event, but i search and it says that she will call you at 14:00 to 15:00 but i have waited a lot and nothing happen... Also, Samantha ♥️ is locked at 80..

Based on what you have said is this Path C? You didn't tell her Ryan cheated and slept with her and still refused? If so it says its only a 10% chance she will call and Sam does need to be at 80 heart to work. My guess is just bad rolls of the RNG, have had similar issues with Palla and Audrey disappearing and taking nearly a month to return.

So... I should wait? Or, go for the Path where samantha is my GF? Btw i didn't do a save so, i think i should make a new game

Waiting might help but as I said its RNG, I was messing around waiting until the next April update so was heavily cheating and it took nearly 30 days for Palla to clear a simple event of ringing Mike even when I had maxed out her stats and I was simply clicking the wait button, Mike was standing out in the street for a month like some dog waiting its owner.

There are however multiple paths to go down regarding Sam, and it depends on you really, I usually go down path B then D (revenge path) but thats my interest, never done C so can't speak about it. Would check the wiki for info as she is one of the more developed characters.
