Multiple harems?

Is it possible to have multiple harems in one play-through or just one specifically? I have not seen a topic on this and/or its not on the wiki that I see (so if this has been answered my bad)

I noticed there is an extra squatter going on in Sashas room. Went to take a shower at 6 and she was in there. Like....WTF you doing here?

I've currently got the initial Home Harem, Band Harem, B.itchy Harem, Jealous Harem, Pixie Harem, and Taming Harem, all at the same time on the same play through. I haven't spent enough time playing since the Home Harem was expanded.

Get their love and sub to the point they will join harems. Take your time, and work on each girl individually is my advice.
