"Meet with Emma and Sam" Not triggering

I am not sure why the event isnt triggering. I have followed other guides to get Samantha in a non-exclusive relationship and Samantha said she would arrange the meeting, but the event never triggers. Any advice?

I think this is one of a few things that don't get cleared. Invite Alexis to the house is another one, where if you selected to not go to the police this will stay around forever.

I've got that one untriggered also, but have the initial Home Harem, Band Harem, and the rest of the groups also. I want to say, there was a meeting with Sam and Emma that Sam said something about thinking about it and that's the last I remember on that path.

I think the Story line isn't finished. I'm betting there's a Sam and Emma Harem in process.
