Fancy Clothes, Gym Clothes, Bathing Suit + Car/bike are needed to unlock other ares like the Gym, Night Club, Water Park, Beach, Forest

Night Club doesn't open until 22:00 and you get there from the City. In addition to the needing Fancy Clothes, which only need to be in your inventory, not on worn.

How do you go to the strip club as I can only go to the night club not strip club. Wearing Fancy Clothes and everything.

If it's for the date with Sasha and Lexi for "Slave Lexi", invite one of the girls on an evening date to any location on a saturday first and try to leave there at different times (21:00, 22:00 or 23:00) to continue the date in the nightclub. Both girls need to wear their Sexy Dress.

I'm not sure, but i think it was leaving the evening date at 22:00 that did the trick to meet the other girl on the dancefloor in the nightclub. If done right you will see yourself with Sasha and Lexi on the dancefloor as soon as you enter the nightclub.
