There is a trainer at the beach and also a book. If you don't choose the skill then the book is the fastest way to learn it instead of saving up for a bike/summer

You can find the Hypnotism books in the upstairs book room of the house. The SM book and Shanobi massage book are available at the bookstore. I am certain there are others, but I just haven't found them yet.

There is no skill book for the martial arts skill. You have to go to the beach and train several times with the master. Requires needs to be mostly full to train.
