Finding the gym?

In short I am having a devil of a time finding the gym. I have replayed the game a multitude of times, from start to current content, but in all I can never find the gym. So has anyone found it? If so please help I need directions.

palla is the second longest route after emma and it is too complicated to explain here, i suggest you try a new save just for her and read the wiki to make sure you dont make any mistakes
